HardDriveDataRescue operates under a No Data-No Charge policy. This means if we couldn’t recover the required data, you won’t be responsible for any labour fees. We also offer a free quote and diagnostics report. This allows our customers to see exactly what’s wrong with their device or drive as well as how much repairs and recovery will cost prior to committing to or paying anything.

Once a customer receives their free report and quote, they get to decide whether or not they want to move forward with the recovery process based on the quote we provided to them. If they choose to move forward we will collect payment information from them and begin working. Unless a deposit for special-order parts or programming is required, the customer won’t be charged until the job is complete and the required data has been recovered.

We make it easy for our clients to stay up-to-date on what’s happening with their case. We understand how unnerving losing data can be, so we do everything we can to make the entire situation hassle-free for each customer. We provide our clients with continuous updates regarding the status of their cases, and we also have customer service available via email or phone every day. Plus, under our No Data-No Charge policy our clients can rest easy knowing that unless we retrieve the proper data, they won’t be responsible for any labour fees or costs.
